The installation will feature full online control of 3 parking decks and 13 surface lots from 3M’s Enterprise Facility Management System software and Commend IP Intercoms running across the school’s IT infrastructure.

The City of Richmond, CA, and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) recently celebrated the opening of a new six-story, 750-space parking structure at the Richmond Intermodal BART station at Transit Village. The Richmond Community Redevelopment Agency contracted Kimley-Horn & Associates to provide project management and final design services. Watry Design was the architect, and Overaa Construction built the garage.
