Where do you put the Notice?

Charlie tells me he had a problem.  His staff ‘booted’ a scooter. But where do you put the “do not move’ notice?”  They figured it out.

His next problem? What is to keep two strong guys and a truck from….

    Easy answer….A 1st Degree Misdemeanor and we know who the owner is. Small enought town.
