Sentry Control Systems, Inc. is a computer systems integrator focused primarily on the design, installation, and servicing of parking revenue control/building access control systems. We are looking for a Service Technician in the Orange County/South Bay, CA area.
 
Ideal candidate should:
• Have High school diploma, or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years Computers/Network training/experience required; in Parking/Building Access preferred
• Have good mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge
• Have and maintain a clean driving record and be at least 21 years of age
• Have and maintain clean Background Check
• Be able to work independently
• Have good customer service skills
• Have good skills in the use of hand tools
• A+ certificate or equivalent preferred

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Imprezzio is looking for an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Account Executive for the Parking Industry vertical of our Industrial & Embedded Systems channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record dealing with major accounts within the Parking, Transit and/or Event Management sectors. Experience selling workflow/inventory management software is required. The Account Executive will be primarily focused on prospecting new accounts; however, the maintaining of relationships and developing additional opportunities within existing customers will remain an important objective. Further, this individual will become the primary liaison to Imprezzio’s Parking Systems channel partners and resellers.
 
Given the importance of generating new business, candidates with an existing pipeline will be given priority. Candidate will target clients in the Parking Industry with the purpose of networking, prospect qualification, RFP response, strategic sales process planning, exploring and closing all revenue opportunities.
 
The candidate filling this position will report to the National Sales Manager. This position may require frequent travel and can be located anywhere in the U.S. that has ready access to a major airport.
 
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Proposes the proper solutions to customer by integrating Imprezzio technologies to include the appropriate front-end solutions, connectivity and environment profile.
•Proactively develops new customer contacts, reviews leads, protects territory and participates in increasing revenue stream within current accounts. Actively participates in account reviews.
•With a team of specialists, coordinates the necessary resources to respond to major accounts and exhibits leadership qualities to effectively direct people nd projects.
•Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectations.
•Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share in assigned vertical.
•Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of industry events, telephone and in person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals.
•Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account.
•Promotes products and represents the company at off-site customer meetings.
•Maintains records of all account activity within sales database.
•Maintains contact lists for each account.
•Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short and long term opportunities.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
•Bachelor's Degree in related field.
•5+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience; to include 2 years of industry selling experience.
•Experience in Parking, Transit and/or Event Management.
•Major Account Sales experience.
•Must consistently exceed quota of at least $500k.
•Familiar with Operations of Private, Municipal parking, Valet Parking, and Campus Parking (both on-street and off-street).
•Permitting and Permit sales.
•Event parking.
•Operation of on-street multi-space meters and Pay and Display.
•Hand Held Enforcement Devices.
•Valet parking operations.
•Understanding client needs and presenting appropriate OmniPark solutions that will achieve their objectives.
•Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles.
•Formal sales training: Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling training preferred.
•Presentation, organization and interpersonal skills that set you apart.
•Strong background in SOA, SaaS and/or enterprise solution software required.
 
Desired Qualifications
•Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to build a world-class sales and support organization.
•Ideal candidates will bring with them a range of insurance industry-related contacts.
•Experience selling complex solutions to major parking firms, educational institutions and/or transit authorities.
•Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams tasked with full lifecycle support.

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish the Company as the preferred manager and operator of first class parking facilities throughout the region

• Develop and execute an aggressive expansion plan targeting key markets/prospects

• Coordinate and leverage business development activities with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales

Experience:
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in property operations and management of large and diverse properties and/or large operational facilities
• Broad range of relationships across the targeted region, active in community affairs
• Strong sales, marketing, and business development orientation, and successful track record in originating new and expanding existing business
• Experience recruiting, developing and managing a diverse workforce including sales, operations, and administrative functions
• Solid financial acumen and the ability to effectively manage P&L, financial reporting, budgets, pro forms, etc.
• Track record of a strong service orientation, and a commitment to excellence in client service
• Ability to think strategically; use of an entrepreneurial approach to develop solutions for clients and prospective clients

OPERATIONS MANAGER - BALLPARK PARKING

In that vein, we are currently seeking a Ballpark Operations Manager to join one of our premier stadium locations.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the following activities within their duties:
• Direct Contact w/Client Dec. Maker: Maintain regular communication with client and responding to requests and/or issues in a timely fashion to ensure client satisfaction.
• Revenue Control: Review of lots performances based on Revenue Analysis, and Profit & Lost Reports. Ensure the financial performances of each lot reflect company goals and objectives.
• Staffing: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for front-line staff including job posting advertisements and adhering to the collective agreement.
• Leadership: Morale building, initiative and creative skills for all levels of employees are needed.
• Scheduling: Responsible for scheduling of staff including producing and maintaining and updated monthly schedule.
