EXHIBITOR OVERVIEW

We are excited for the return of the Parking Industry Exhibition in 2008, sponsored by Parking Today. Our job is to connect you with your potential buyer.

Stats from previous four years of PIE:

  • Over 70% of attendees came from organizations that purchase parking equipment (cities, universities, airports, garage owners, etc.)
  • Average 700+ attendees (does not include exhibitors)
  • 60% of attendees were from outside local area

    • We asked the vendors this year for their feedback on how to improve. We have redesigned the schedule for PIE so that the seminars will not conflict with the tradeshow and thereby eliminating downtime. We are also reaching out to the attendees before hand to ask what their needs are and putting them together with exhibitors during the off hours.

    This year we are introducing three different levels of participation for you as an exhibitor: the "BOOTH EXHIBITOR" - this is our standard 10x10 booth, the "TABLETOP EXHIBITOR" - for the smaller company whose space needs are not so large, and the "Materials Only Exhibitor" - if your time constraints are too large and the budget too small.     "Booth Exhibitor"
    ONE BOOTH = $2,195
    SECOND BOOTH AT SAME SHOW @ $1,895
    Most exhibitors take one or two booths, depending on the amount of information they wish to provide. We welcome displays, graphic, and visual equipment, virtually anything one person (average person) can carry by themselves. You're also welcome to bring one piece of equipment (per booth) that can be set on the floor.
    "Tabletop Exhibitor"
    ONE TABLE = $1,295
    This area is for those companies who are best served by showing a small portion of their materials and still being able to make their point. Pop up tabletop displays are very appropriate but large pieces of equipment are for the "Booth Exhibitor". This rule will be strictly enforced and companies will be moved and charged an additional fee if they do not adhere.
    "Materials Only"
    ONE SPACE = $650
    SECOND SPACE = $500
    Many companies are unable to attend or realize that being kept in a booth during the tradeshow is not in their best interest. Instead send materials for Parking Today to keep track of, hand out and make sure that people get your message. You will be given an 18" across by 24" deep by 24" high piece of real estate. All materials sent to the show will be discarded at the conclusion of PIE 2008. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibiting company.
