EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS
Here are the details:
One of the most time consuming aspects of a trade show is making sure that you have everything handled before the event so below is a small check list and what needs to be done and how we can help you.
- Register for space (online on the exhibitor registration page or download the brochure and fax it in)
- Choose your booth location (Check the show layout page and include in your registration for space)
- Choose your sponsorship opportunities, fill out form and fax in.
- Receive and Fill out your Exhibitor Service Manual and send back to exhibitor service company (one will be sent to you via email by our exhibitor service company)
- Book all travel arrangements and contact the Hyatt Regency O'Hare 888-233-1234 by February 14, 2010 to reserve rooms.
- Talk to potential sales prospects about meeting at the show. Contact PIE with list of meeting room space needs during the show.
- PIE will contact you with attendees who are interested in your products and to set up meeting times during tradeshow off hours
- Ship all tradeshow materials to exhibitor service company (do this early to save money)
- Come to Chicago and have a great show.
