Update Existing Subscription Information

To update an existing address, enter the subscriber number (above the name on the address label on your magazine) and the subscriber's last name here.

Example: Here is a sample address label with the ID marked in yellow and circled in yellow:

If your label looked like the above, here is what you would actually enter below: (do not use leading zeroes and no spaces)

ID Number: 1141
Last Name: Van Horn

If the first line on your address is a Job Title (Parking Manager, Director of Parking, and so forth), and NOT a person's name, just leave the "Last name" Box blank and enter only the ID Number.
