Update Existing Subscription Information

To update an existing address, enter the subscriber number (above the name on the address label on your magazine) and the subscriber's last name here. The subscriber number is the first 8 digits, no leading zeroes and no spaces.

Example: Here is a sample address label with the ID marked in yellow and circled in yellow:

If your label looked like the above, here is what you would actually enter below: (do not use leading zeroes and no spaces)

ID Number: 534873
Last Name: Van Horn

If the first line on your address is a Job Title (Parking Manager, Director of Parking, and so forth), and NOT a person's name, just leave the "Last name" Box blank and enter only the ID Number.
